1. Return Request Period
A. A customer may request a return within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery of the product.
B. Delivery is considered complete on the date shown by the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation record.
2. How to Initiate a Return
A. To initiate a return, the customer must complete Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC)’s Contact Us form (click here).
B. The return request must include:
· Order number
· Customer name
· Email address used for the purchase
· Reason for return
3. Return Authorization Required
A. No return may be shipped back without prior approval from Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC).
B. Once a return request is reviewed, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) may issue a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
C. Products returned without authorization may be refused, delayed, or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
4. Condition of Returned Products
A. To be eligible for return, products must be returned in a condition suitable for inspection.
B. Unless the return is based on an alleged defect, damage, or incorrect shipment, returned products should be:

· Unwashed
· Unworn
· Free from stains, odors, pet hair, smoke exposure, or other signs of use

A. If Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) approves the return, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) may provide the customer with a return shipping label.
B. Unless the return is due to an error by Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC), a defective product, an incorrect item, or damage that occurred before or during initial delivery, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.
C. If the return is approved because Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) sent an incorrect item, a defective product, or an item damaged before or during original delivery, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) may waive the return shipping deduction.
7. Customer Responsibility for Return Packaging
A. The customer is responsible for securely packaging the returned product so it is protected during transit.
B. The customer should use adequate packaging materials and follow any return packaging instructions provided by Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC).
8. Risk of Loss or Damage During Return Shipment
A. Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) is not responsible for damage, loss, or deterioration that occurs during return transit when caused by insufficient or improper packaging by the customer.
B. Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) reserves the right to reduce or deny a refund where the returned item arrives damaged due to the customer’s failure to package it securely.
C. This provision does not limit any rights the customer may have where Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) or its chosen carrier is legally responsible.
9. Inspection of Returned Products
A. All returned products are subject to inspection after receipt by Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC).
B. Inspection may verify:
· Product identity
· Return eligibility
· Product condition
· Presence of original components where applicable
· Whether the stated return reason matches the product condition
10. Refund Eligibility After Inspection
A. The final refund amount will be determined after Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) completes its return inspection.
B. Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) may:
· Approve a full refund
· Approve a partial refund
· Deduct return shipping costs where applicable
· Deduct amounts for missing parts, excessive wear, damage, or diminished resale value, to the extent permitted by law

11. Rejected Returns
A. Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this Return Policy, subject to applicable law.
B. If a return is rejected, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) may:
· Notify the customer of the reason for rejection
· Offer to ship the product back to the customer, with any applicable return shipping cost borne by the customer
· Dispose of the product only where legally permitted and after providing reasonable notice
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
A. Customers who receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item should contact Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) promptly after delivery and provide photos or other reasonable supporting information.
B. Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) may request additional evidence to evaluate the claim.
C. Where the claim is validated, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or another lawful resolution.
13. Policy Consistency
A. Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) will apply this Return Policy consistently and in good faith.
B. Any discretionary decision will be made in a commercially reasonable manner and subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
