1. Refund Eligibility
A. Refunds are available only for:
· Approved order cancellations
· Approved returns that satisfy the Return Policy
· Orders requiring refund due to Krax LLC’s inability to fulfill the order as required by applicable law
· Other circumstances where Krax LLC determines a refund is appropriate or legally required
2. Refund Amount
A. The final refund amount for returned products will be determined after Krax LLC receives and inspects the returned merchandise.
B. The refund amount may reflect:
· The original item purchase price
· Any applicable taxes required to be refunded
· Deduction of return shipping cost where permitted
· Deduction for missing items, damage, abnormal wear, or condition-related loss in value where permitted
· Any non-refundable amounts clearly disclosed before purchase, if lawful
3. Original Shipping Charges
A. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless:
· The product was defective
· The wrong product was shipped
· The product was damaged before or during initial delivery
· Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) is otherwise legally required to refund such charges
4. Refund Method
A. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
B. Where a refund to the original payment method is not possible, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) may issue a refund through another lawful method, including check, store credit, where agreed by the customer, or another mutually accepted form of reimbursement.
C. Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) will not issue refunds to a different payment card, bank account, or third party unless legally required or specifically authorized through a verified process.
5. Refund Processing Time
A. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days after Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) receives and inspects the returned product.
B. Processing time may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or mailing time for any check-based refund.
C. Once Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) issues the refund, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account is controlled by the customer’s financial institution.
6. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
A. Approved order cancellations will be refunded after Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) confirms that the order was successfully canceled.
B. The refund will generally be processed using the method described above.
7. Refunds for Delayed or Unshippable Orders
A. If Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) cannot ship an order within the time required under applicable shipping rules and the customer does not consent to a delay where consent is required, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) will issue a refund in accordance with applicable law.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
A. Customers are encouraged to contact Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) first to resolve any order concern before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
B. This provision does not waive or limit any legal rights the customer may have with their bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
9. Fraud Prevention and Abuse
A. Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) reserves the right to investigate refund, return, or cancellation requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or inconsistent with the transaction history.
B. Refunds may be delayed or denied where permitted by law if Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) reasonably determines that a claim is fraudulent or abusive.
10. No Waiver of Legal Rights
A. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable federal, state, or local law.
B. If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law will control to the extent of the conflict.
