1. Cancellation Window
A. Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of the order being placed.
B. The 24-hour period begins at the exact time the customer receives the order confirmation email or at the recorded order timestamp in Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC)’s system, whichever is earlier.
2. How to Request Cancellation
A. Cancellation requests must be submitted through Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC)’s Contact Us form (click here).
B. The request must include:
· Customer full name
· Order number
· Email address used for the purchase
· Cancellation reason
3. Orders Already Processed or Shipped
A. A cancellation request submitted within 24 hours will be honored only if the order has not already entered fulfillment, production, customization, packaging, or shipment.
B. If the order has already entered one of these stages, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) may be unable to cancel it.
C. In such cases, the customer may still be eligible to request a return under the Return Policy, if applicable.
4. Customized, Personalized, or Made-to-Order Products
A. For any customized, personalized, or made-to-order product, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) may begin production shortly after the order is placed.
B. Once production or customization has started, cancellation may no longer be available, even if the request is submitted within 24 hours. Please contact us immediately.
C. This limitation does not affect rights that may apply where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or materially different from what was ordered.
5. Cancellation Confirmation
A. A cancellation is not considered approved until Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) sends written confirmation by email or another official communication channel.
B. Submission of a cancellation request alone does not guarantee that the cancellation has been completed.
6. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
A. If a cancellation is approved, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) will refund the eligible amount to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed upon.
7. Right to Cancel Due to Fulfillment Issues
A. If Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) is unable to ship an order within the promised time frame, or within the legally applicable time frame where no specific shipment date was promised, Krax Style (a brand of Krax Ventures LLC) will provide any required notice and refund or cancellation option in accordance with applicable law.
